1:1 Coaching

My one-on-one health coaching program includes:
  • A deep, personalized dive into all areas of wellness, 
  • Total of six, 45-minute sessions, and continued support & accountability checks (typically 3 months, but can be spread out as desired)
  •  Daily habits, gut health support, healthy recipes, grocery lists/easy prep, routines, supplementation, lifestyle recommendations, workout routine, etc all tailored to your individual needs
  • Working towards sustainable and maintainable healthy habits that continuously build on your progress
  • Consistent accountability services to keep you motivated and on track 

Health COaching INtensives

A 60-minute Health Coaching Intensive session includes:
  • Extensive exploration into desired areas of wellness  
  • Create goals and an action plan 
  • Tools, tips & resources to get you started
  • Opportunity to receive guidance & ask questions around topics of interest
  • A great way to help you launch new routines & habits

Private cooking lessons/Events

Want to start eating healthier and making more simple, delicious foods, but don’t know where to start? Having a hard time prepping food for yourself during the week? 2 hour private cooking session where we will discuss recipes/prep you would like to learn, and I will bring all the groceries and walk you through every step! Great way to build confidence in the kitchen.

I also offer private events (10 people or less) where I prepare delicious, nutritious, and beautiful food based on a pre-approved menu. Bachelorette party brunches, dinners, birthday dinners, friend dinners, etc.
